> I had a great experience here! The service was excellent from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on with my video game. The staff was very helpful, patient, and professional. You can tell they really care about their customers and their work. Most importantly, they are trustworthy, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I highly recommend this place if you need repairs or help with your gaming system!

> No for real good guys took care of me, I had a broken sega dreamcast. The owner informed of everything wrong he gave me a new dreamcast discounted with a new controller. Functioning well. THIS HUGE TO ME because I'm a content creator on instagram whos filming gamming content and these guys where clutch down to earth and chill. Will be returning soon.

> They were very helpful, although I did end up paying more than what I was expecting to. They fixed the problem, but they offered further maintenance to prolong the life of my console, and it was hard to say no to that. The prices they offer didn't change, it was just more services to my console than what I originally came in there for. But hey, my PS5 now works smoothly and it's thanks to them.
