I heard about this place from a friend. I was having trouble with my PS5, so I brought it here to get it fixed. The prices were a bit high, but when I learned that had to do something to the motherboard, I understood the price cost. They had it done within a day, and I got my PS5 back in better condition I gave it them in. And while I waited for the repair to get done, I found that I could use their arcade in the store (Which was amazing prices btw), and I could go explore the rest of Tucson Mall. This is probably the best place to get a repair done for anything just due to the quality and the comfort levels.

Phone screen repair. Took it in, they had to order the screen. Said it can take up to 5 days. They called me the next saying it was in. Estimated hour to hour and 1/2 repair. They were done in 45 min. Looks great, works great. Would definitely return. I never give 5 star reviews.

So I DO love this place,but it's predominantly the arcade in the back that me and my son love frequenting. They have a fantastic collection of classic arcade cabs and the vibe is totally 90s arcade with the florescent carpet. That's the back of the house however. The front store is where the affection falters. A tad bit steep on prices namely a CIB copy of Spyro 2 Riptos Rage being about triple the price you can find it ANYWHERE. That's just one example Gamecube games will make you light headed. They're in the mall so I'm sure that's the reason but it's DK oldies prices. I really do like being in there adding stuff to my "wish list"

Holy cow! Reviews that match reality. Took in 2 phones, one for glass repair and the other, swollen battery. I was in and out within 30 minutes for both! Plus, it is fun to check out the vintage arcade games. Thanks for the great service.

I chose GW to repair my iPhone because YOU CAN ACTUALLY CALL AND TALK TO SOMEONE ON SITE! (Big win, and not the case with either the Apple store OR Asurion.)They were great. There was a defective part in the first order, so they gave me a temporary screen AND a discount, since I had to make a second trip. I wouldn't think twice about using them again. Also? I love supporting small local businesses!
