Pixel 10 Repair in Tucson

Cracked Pixel 10 screen: glass damage or a damaged display?
Screen damage comes in two kinds. Cracked glass over a picture that still looks right and responds everywhere is one thing; black spots, green or pink lines, or a patch that ignores your finger mean the OLED underneath is damaged and the whole display assembly has to be replaced.
The Pixel 10 has an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor under the screen, so we check that unlock works through the new display before you take the phone back. Expect to register your fingerprints again afterward.
Pixel 10 or Pixel 10 Pro: make sure we quote the right phone
The Pixel 10 and 10 Pro share a 6.3-inch size and a similar outline, but the standard model has a glossy back, a matte frame and a different display panel, and its telephoto uses a smaller sensor than the Pro's. Three lenses in the bar: what a face-up drop does
Adding the telephoto made the Pixel 10's camera bar busier, and there is now more lens cover glass to crack when the phone lands on its back. Check each camera by switching between 0.5x, 1x and 5x. A haze, flare or crack line visible at only one zoom level points to that lens cover. A camera that won't focus, clicks, or shows black points to the module.
Don't leave a broken cover too long. Loose glass can scratch the lens underneath, which turns a small repair into a camera replacement.
Not charging? Check the port, the cable and Pixelsnap
If the phone stopped charging on a cable, look into the USB-C port with a flashlight first. Pocket lint packed into the bottom of the port is a common cause and a cleaning job, not a new part. If it charges on a Qi2 pad but not by cable, the port is the likely fault; if neither works, the battery or charging circuit needs a closer look.
The Pixelsnap magnets sit behind the back glass along with the charging coil. A cracked back can stop magnetic chargers seating squarely, so mention any drop when you describe the problem.

Settings, About phone, Battery information shows how many charge cycles the battery has done, and the battery health screen shows Reduced once capacity drops under 80 percent. Either sign, or sudden shutdowns at a reasonable charge, means a replacement battery will help.
