Estimates and pricing
Prices published on this site cover parts and labour for the repair described, and are subject to parts availability. Some listings carry an ordering condition, which is shown exactly as quoted. Where a page shows estimated pricing based on a similar model, that is stated on the page — call us for a firm quote on your exact device.
Price-beat guarantee
We will beat any local competitor's advertised or quoted price by at least $10 on a comparable repair. Bring us the written quote.
Diagnostics
Diagnostics are free, and any diagnostic fee is applied toward the cost of your repair if you proceed.
Warranty
Gamers Warehouse provides a 90-day warranty on the services we perform. Physical damage and liquid/water damage are not covered. For phone and device repairs using genuine components, Gamers Warehouse provides a 1-year limited warranty covering both the OEM replacement parts and the associated repair service.
Turnaround
Most screen, battery and charging-port repairs are completed the same day. Board-level repairs and repairs requiring an ordered part take longer, and we give you a timeline before work begins.
Your data
We do not need access to your personal data to carry out a repair and we do not browse it. We strongly recommend backing up your device before any repair. We are not responsible for data loss.
Devices left with us
Please collect your device promptly once we tell you it is ready. Devices left for an extended period after completion may be subject to storage arrangements — we will always try to reach you first.
Trade-ins and purchases
We require photo ID for any device we buy, and the device must be signed out of Find My iPhone or its Google account. We reserve the right to decline any device.
